We have almost outsourced everything - we are now 1/5 of the people we were before... only the strategists are left.
Its important to find companies that do a good job - thats much more important than the cost... while we have jobs at low priced countries, then we also have many in high priced countries, simply because its there we could get what we were looking for. Outsoucing is not a matter about getting the lowest price possible - its about building a strong flexible business, which is quick to respond to change.
