First you gotta prove they are terrorists. I would say that is the whole point. Did I miss something here? What happened to the concept of innocent until proven guilty? Or does this not apply to America? You borrowed a perfectly functional legal system, why fuck with it?
This shit is just asking for trouble. And you wonder why the world dislikes Americans at the moment. If you want to be more secure, then start bacting more civilised and mature as a country. Otherwise....well we don't even want to go there, do we.
