I do want to add this:
Almost every pundit, pollster, and predictor out there has said that the more voters that turn out, the more likely Kerry is to win (people come out to vote for change). Therefore, it is to the republican's advantage to make it as hard as possible to vote. The actions in Ohio, as an example, are a step to making it significantly harder to vote than it should be. Long lines and impatient people are the republican's friend this year.
If the turnout is solidly over 50%, the US will have a new president.
