Sorry ... the linked article indicates that he will probably be discharged from the Marine Corps.
They don't want psychos in boot camp. They want normal people in boot camp. Okay ... so maybe they want normal people they can turn into their desired type of psychos. All in all, though, Marines are good people. Every Navy should own a few
