It's true.
Epoch is waiving (actually, paying) the Visa registration fee for any new account that gets a contract signed with us this week. It's a helluva deal for the smaller programs and a sweet deal for anyone to get a back-up processor without spending the extra bucks. Been trying to get Epoch as a secondary processor for Angel's Epoch tour for awhile now.
Not the most easy thing to do. Seems like we do something, wait a long time, and then are told to do something else. We are both kind of frustrated by now. |

Hey Rand
 If someone was considering opening a small cheap paysite but did not have it up yet could they get in on this deal now ? Or does the site have to be up and running and ready to go to get into a contract situation ? Thanx in advance
