this must be done by other muslim/arabs. They must be brought into the global economy, so the average kid can have something to dream about, something to aspire to - rather then straping explosives to himself and blowing up a bunch of civilians at a coffee shop.

I havent seen you say this type of thing much.. it's an area that Bush seems to talk about but actually ignores in his actions. If it appeared he had a strategy for this.. and was making some progress, then the rest of your arguments about having faith in Bush for the long term would be easier to take on board I think.
