I spent a beautiful spring day at the zoo today, and was lucky enough to have a close encounter with my camera & this amazing peacock.

This is a bit gross, but see that baby kangaroo that is drinking milk from its mothers pouch?

it still gets carried around inside it!

I tried to get a movie of it climbing back inside but i was laughing too hard

Here's more ...

spring has officially sprung! we're having some wierd weather last few days, but the last month has been absolutely perfect. 80 degree days, no humidity, cools down a bit much in the evenings.

I can't possibly think of 1 complaint ... there is no hurricane hitting us, so I'm grateful for every beautiful day ;-)

Yug, that's exactly what I thought ;-) I took that shot on purpose as I got a similar one a few years ago that has been very popular on redhotgreetings. I was chatting away to him 'my you are a big stud aren't you, bet the lady kangaroos love you' & he just opened his eyes for a second and turned away HHAHAHAHHAA

I can't get over how big his balls were h34r:

Last time I was in Brisbane I got a great shot of two kangaroos having sex.....

I'll have to get it uploaded.

Lone Pine Santuary.

Dude, Leisa and I were just talking about taking the kids out there next weekend only yesterday !!

I haven;t been there for like 10 years.

Sweet pics CJ - is the place still worth the trip or should we trek to Australia Zoo and hope to Christ that Steve Irwin is away filming red-breasted cocksmokers in some civil-war torn African country.

my vote is australia zoo ... alma park is $23 entry and very average for the price. nate would love alma park - its aimed very much at little kids ... the monkeys rock too ... but australia zoo is just nicer all round.

with that said though - the weather at the moment (well .. not today lol) has been so perfect that anywhere outdoors with grass & trees is just beautiful.

i love spring

Hey CJ,

Thanks for the heads up - we will gladly take your advice.

You wanna come on the trek with us? Maybe we grab Lisa and her kids on the way as well and make a porn family day out of it? Just a thought.
