people make decisions and they have to live with them - it's a shame to see anyone go to jail but I'm sure no one put a gun to this guy's head. No bail isn't a joke either - there's other things going on here...I think the liberal inside is coming out Mike. No one else is responsible. Thats what's wrong with this and other liberally minded countries - trying to find a way to shift blame to others - no one else is to blame...people are responsible for what they do
That being said this guy has made more money than I can prolly ever imagine - if he didn't do it (the pot charge is stupid - we've all had those weekends) he should have the money to get out of it.
