In FL we used to pick the shells off the trees - they're really pretty cool
They're paper thin and light brown. And trust me, the live ones are so retarded you'd rather deal with the shells.
The "infestation" is only supposed to last for a week or so, right? Usually you can hear mine over the phone too (I've freaked out a lot of people "Why the HELL do you have crickets inside the house??!"), but as we all know, I have to be different and it looks like my bugs are the same way. :P
