It's sensationalistic. It's symbolic. It vilifies the enemy. All the elements were there. No surprises. Right? It seemed to me that it took off on the internet even faster than on television. People were interested in it.
Probably be pretty hard pressed to find many wars without decapitations. I imagine there are Iraqis around who had their heads cut off in this war too.
