Serge 3.2 million - 650,000 still equals a ton of people out of work.
He would have to create 600,000 new jobs every month for the next 4 months to catch up... and that is just to break even over a 4 year period. I will say though that the 650,000 number is good... will go reading to try to understand what is bringing it on (like maybe the low US dollar?) Alex
