My family had 8 grand stand box seats for years (30+) My grandmother got a bit addled a couple of years and forgot to do whatever she needed to do to renew a few years ago. That side of my family and I haven't spoken in years but apparently it caused quite the riff. :P I have no idea if they got them back or got others, but I hope they have to sit with the "common folk" now.

It is an AWESOME event. If you can go even once, it's worth it!

Peaches, I will get to that race someday soon. It is beautiful there for sure and that event must be spectacular to attend.
