When doing a deal with someone, make damned sure everyone knows exactly what is expected before you start.... In the case of a designer, check the portfolio, ask for samples. And explain exactly what you want. You're not going to get the same level of design and experience you get from Sharky, Mike or Webinc if you're only going to pay $350 for a tour.
