I am certainly not arguing that stuff is anywhere near perfect in this biz. If they stuck to the extreme stuff I wouldn't mind it a bit.... but they aren't and people that shouldn't have to go through that kind of mess are.

The only thing I've heard about *are* the extreme cases, such as Extreme Associates.
Who are the undeserving folks that shouldn't have to go through this mess because the feds aren't sticking to the fringe stuff?
