He has delegated your problem to his able assistant, Bubba. Bubba is also in charge of utility installation schedules, the location of speed trap cops, the likelyhood that the toast will fall butter-side-down on your carpet, coffee spills on your shirt just before an important first-time meeting with a prosepctive client, and the lines at the Division of Motor Vehicle regisistration centers.
