Nothing surprises me with AOL.
They seem to love to scam people with stupid offers and when you try to cancel, they keep on billing. I had a simular problem with them a couple years back. I switched to the BYOS for $995/month and they kept billing me the reg rate of $21.95. Even thou...online..it said..I was selected as $9.95/mo...but someplace on thier system..they had me fuked up. Gave me a 3 month credit and them started billing me the $21.95/mo again. Took me over a year to get the mess cleaned up.
