"Your honor, the defendant sent spam on our behalf to a site that lied about having a stolen copy of an illegally obtained video and which fraudulently charged customers many times the expected amount...

having been unable to contact the said spammer for a period of 48 hours we were forced to put out a public reward for his home address of $5000 (The court I am sure will agree this was a perfectly reasonable action to take)
of course mentioning "Knock Knock " and "sleep tight" was in no way to be construed as a threat , merely a true and real concern for the said spammers welfare."

We want our money back despite the fact that with the exception of the Paris Hilton site ,the sites converted for shit despite numerous email hits being delivered as agreed ""
