if anybody needs a recepie for a leg of lamb

deboned isn't easy in the UK..though New Zealand lamb is available in any supermarket..they are a commonwealth country. Fresh herbs and garlic are also no problem is London. We have free veg markets in almost every town square.

My entire house is being ripped apart by builders from march to late april otherwise I would invite you over for the lamb I am going to have to figure out a way to stay on a diet whilst not having an oven at all to cook on until they are giving me the new kitchen I so richly deserve.

Hubby's recipe is an oven based one..would be interesting to taste the difference
