I mean rutine task such as drafting research memos, surveying the laws of various jurisdictions, bookkeeping etc.
The security and confidentiality would be easy to handle, even in India. If you ever need to go to court, then you should use money on getting the best lawyer/accountant. However in those simple rutine task, then it will save alot of money - probably save 2/3 of cost.
