you can buy them anywhere online, retail, etc.

some you can load again when your maxed out, others you throw away and get another.

Yeah, I know prepaid cards have been around for a while, but I haven't seen very many sponsors adding them to their portfolio....

Like I say, unless I'm missing something (or have missed something)...which definitely could be the case....
