Well, I already have a headstart....... at retiring, with toys to play with.

I still have my real estate license, but selling R.E. is not as much fun as it was in the 70s. I have always bought and sold real estate..... if done correctly, it's the best investment you can make. AT ONE TIME, I had 35 rental units, but not up for that anymore. I went into 2003 owning 4 properties, with any luck, I will end it, only owning two. whether Adult hold up or not - I will always invest in Real Estate - Adult just allows me to buy bigger Real estate.....

I am busy learning to run my boat and learning to fish all over again. You know what BOAT stands for don't you? Bring On Another Thousand :-)
