I seriously soubt if this is Bush policy. Looks more to me like caereer beuaracrats.... who tend to be overwhelmingly liberal.
How can Bush get all those dumb born agains Christians and support over the counter abortion pills? Bush haters should be consistent. Does he cowtow to the regligous right, or greedy big business?
