I f Bush can hold Saddam's conviction and execution off until summer 2004 then he will be reelected....
If Saddam is convicted and executed wham bam thank ya maam style in real early '04 there will still be time for Bush to lose the election... Especially if the economy goes bad/worse between now and election time...
