Does US ever hire merceneries for these type of operations or do we just use our own CIA and other special OP teams ?

I'm sure there are plenty of mercenery type people that would love to take on this job.

btw, Mossad never has a problem finding its targets, why cant we find Bin Laden and Saddam after all this time ?
