Ugh - I had an ulcer that I didn't realize until I almost passed out in N.O. at Cybernext in 2000. Got home, went the hospital that night and needed 4 pints of blood. 4 months, 2 more pints of blood and $25K out of pocket later (I only had hospital/surgical insurance and it didn't cover most of it), they finally did a scope and found out I had a bleeding ulcer. Never even had a stomache ache.
