Illegal Guns can be obtained relatively easy in countries where firearms are strictly controlled if you are villianous ;-)))

Fact is though, if guns weren't so readily available, there would be very few guns for criminals to play with. I feel safer walking the streets of London than say Detroit where everyone is packing.
