Yup, I hate it.
In this case old technology and inferior performance wins. It's due to economic viability. Fuel costs mean they have to charge those outrageous fares to keep flying, and it's getting hard to find 100 people at a time willing to drop $9000 to cross the pond at supersonic speed. It's a shame, the forseeable future is in making the cattle cars even larger....not faster. |
