Mike I bet if you challenged them they'd try to use Flash as an excuse, when Berman still hasn't given a straight answer as to whether or not his patent covers Flash.
I think the No-Last-Name thing is priceless, though. We don't know who in the hell you are but we're gonna sue you if you don't pay our bribe money!
