Howard the Duck was totally awesome fer shure!
The thing that has always stood out to me, besides the fact that every weekend I lost me freaking mind in the 80s is how 'different' the music was. It inspired me all over the place.
Best concert I went to in the 80s had the following groups
Police
Flock of Seagulls
The Fix
Joan Jett
Ministry
12 hour concert at Cominsky(sp)Park in Chicago
Massive food fight, dudes passing coke aroound like it was communal candy and Joan Jett got boo'ed off the stage

Hilarious, followed by a flock of seagulls. The guitarist knocked a full cup of soda back into the audience like a baseball player
couldnt sleep for DAYS. Got laid on the L on the way home.

I almost forgot, Martha Quinn was THERE!!! tie a rope around her neck & wear HER as your thin tie LOL
