I am not backing down from anything. The lawsuit is anything but frivolous with everything I have. Your nice little radio show is enough to prove slander, the letter full of lies to the FCC and FBI will prove libel, and then there is everything else from the reporters and your posts here. Don't forget those on LeeNoga.com, either.

As far as Uncle Mitchell goes, I would remind him of the nice talk he had with my lawyer earlier this year. If you want to bring him to court, go ahead. It would be worth it, just to grab a picture of you.
