As I am child of the TV generation, and as I was a TOTAL freak for Gilligan's Island during my boyhood (yes, I even watched the B&W episodes in syndication! - at age 4 I had the themesong memorized!) I can say without a doubt it is Mary Ann who is responsible for my brunette fetish....
