It was an interesting case. The girl had basically dropped out of school and was working in a job that required you to be 18 and told people she was 18. She hung around with an older crowd and from what I remember, her mother was fine with it and even helped her get a fake ID.
I certainly don't condone having sex with underage girls, but this one was doing every single thing possible to make EVERYONE think she was 18. It would be hard for anyone to know she WASN'T.
