Consent and free will are wonderful things, when someone is full informed.
I'm thinking about the girls who were already *in* the 'pit' though. When another guy appears with dick at the ready, how are they to know whether he's talent or a drunk webmaster?
They have to assume he's talent, because there has to be a level of trust between themselves and the organizer that non-talent would *not* be allowed into the pit.

So if the 'random guys jumping into the fray' is true, then the "free will" defense isn't going to cut it. The girls already in the pit were NOT fully informed and therefore did not give their consent. They were under the impression they were performing with other talent, and *that* is what they consented to... not to working with 'random guys' who were permitted to cross the ropes.
