Firstly. you are obviously doing something right, and would be able to continue it.

Yeah, taxes may be a bitch, but with the proper investment, making 1 mill is better.

You can throw 150k or 200k into a nice commercial real estate project, for 5 years get nothing, then 20% returns every year, for doing nothing but investing
