VISA new chargeback/credit ratios

I think the cc's would love to have the money but they succumb to the politics like everyone else....

I think that Visa/MC should issue a special high risk credit card to people that request it.... Only for online purchases... Maybe a max limit of $500 or $1000... a secure gateway with purchase confirmation via email... Once it is confirmed, it is a done deal, no charging back....

The email confirm would go to the email address that you gave them when you applied for the card.... No free email accounts, that sort of thing...

A "Safe" transaction.....
