For me, it's this simple.
A 13th consecutive year of lying and hiding is more likely to occur than a sudden reversal of policy in Iraq. I said before the war that if any WMD's are found in Iraq it would be foolish to announce it until after the war. Once it is known that Saddam has WMD he is free to use them as there is no reason not to. A sudden announcement that Saddam has chem weapons would place coalition troops in immediate danger. I stick to that. We'll see.
