A Chinese-made Silkworm missile landed in a mall in Kuwait
The Russians and the Syrians have been shipping military hardware (including night-vision goggles) into Iraq even as the war goes on.

BTW, I believe that takes care of the countries who opposed another UN resolution authorising the use of force.
We now know of:
China
Russia
France
Germany
Syria

Also, for those who demand a 'smoking gun'...it is confirmed that the Coalition has captured rockets with loaded chemical warheads.

I also just fired off several emails suggesting that we no longer accept the surrender of clothed Iraqis.
