It was the Aspirin/Acetaminophen/Caffeine combo, so you should be OK - acetaminophen alone doesn't do anything for me
I may try the ones you're talking about just for the "minor" migraines. My body's almost immune to most pain killers, which is why the Imitrex is so great. When I broke my leg, they wanted to give me just straight Tylenol after the surgery....erm, no....
