what you are claiming as validation for your 'case' is that they took your 'text' and put it on their site and then didn't uphold the 3 month contract. yep, some stupid judge would probably accept that as a case, lame as it is, but i see it as you being a dummie and giving someone marketing information before you had a written contract with the client. Anything you include in such explicit detail in a proposal is your own fault ... a proposal is an outline of an entire marketing strategy ... if you gave him exact text, well .... whose a silly boy then!! how petty are you?!??!
show me the site, i want to see exactly what text is involved! are you talking entire paragraphs, or did you advise them to change 'join' to 'instant access'?!?!?!?!?
