NATIONALNET TO ACQUIRE WEB HOSTING FIRM STRICTLYHOSTING
Transaction second in as many months ATLANTA, February 11, 2003 - NationalNet, Inc., a leading provider of Web Hosting services to the Adult Internet, today announced the acquisition of Strictly Hosting. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. "Strictly Hosting is a great acquisition for us," said Bill VanVorst, Director of Operations for NationalNet. "NationalNet has always excelled in the hosting arena of large pay sites as well as many free sites, and Strictly Hosting has always been a cutting edge leader in TGP technology and the hosting that powers it. Having these two services under the same roof will set NationalNet apart as the leader in even more facets of the Adult Internet." "Joining forces with NationalNet is a great move for our customers and our other businesses," said Al Foré, President of Strictly Hosting. "We are very excited to have their knowledge and experience working for our clients as well as our own sites." Tony Morgan, President of NationalNet said "Al Foré has been a highly regarded name in this industry for years and his decision to trust Strictly Hosting, as well as AL4A.COM, to NationalNet is as powerful of a tribute as one can make to our company. We are truly thrilled about our future and that Strictly Hosting's clients are going to be a part of it." This makes the second company that NationalNet has acquired since the beginning of the year and the company plans call for at least two more by the middle of this year. In an earlier interview Mr. Morgan was quoted as saying "In my opinion, the 2003 year will see more consolidation in our industry than in any year past and we want to be poised to aggressively take advantage of these opportunities as they arise."

 Many congrats! I met Al and his lovely wife when they were in Atlanta in October and saw them again briefly in the airplane in January - very nice folks!   (and I wasn't kidding about the PMSN - it's availability or it's components) |

Dan....thanks dude. Coming from a competitor makes that even nicer....I have told many people that you, sir, are a gentleman and I respect that more than you know.
 Peaches....PMSN??? You scared me to death....as soon as I saw that I had these horrific visions of a hosting company ran by a staff of ladies during "their time of the month".  Dont scare me like that!! gigi....thanks, dear. You know how much we respect and admire your company and the things that you guys are accomplishing, as well!! --T
