With the US defense budget and available resources and technology, you'd think that anyone, anywhere, could be eliminated at any time if required.
It's been 12 years since IRAQ invaded Kuwait and set off Desert Shield/Storm. Why hasn't Saddam "disappeared" in that long stretch of time? We should remember that the Iraqi people (the general populous) are only following orders. Mass destruction of their country would not only be wrong, but sad too. They want Saddam out as much as we do, but if they say so... bang--- they're dead.
