T - I already a mworking on other business plans if datacenter does not work out, it would be a great place to raise cold chicken, get some coops.. I hear chickens put out more eggs when cold!

Seriously I am just happy to have a place for when a hurricaine heads this way I can go to. With all teh battery back up, and the huge diseal generator and being on 10th floor - its going to be a safe place - WITH lots of bandwidth - so no matter how bad storm is, I will still be able to surf Oprano and porn!
