1- Lights - hire a pro lightning guy or gal for an hour and explain
what you want to do and they can tell you what to buy.
Then hire them for another hour after you buy the lights
and have them show you the best way to light it. You
will need at least three lights, if they tell you to buy an
HMI get a second opinion. I doubt you need one, many
that do have them don't know how to light with them.

on going in another direction, you uncovered the holy grail.

If you execute the things that you suggested might work I bet you
a spanking that in 2-4 years you will be well on your way to great
wealth.

It's about niche, a sophisticated audience, quailty in entertainment
value and delivering a unique and personal experience to the viewer.

You should be active working on that community, the audience that
migrates will likely spend a very long time with you if you do.

No one can match you for your competitive edge. Your years of
experience and the knowledge you have are unique and very niche.
