While I am no fan of cats, anyone who abuses innocent animals should have the shit kicked out of them.
OF course since we would go to jail for doig this, I suggest that anyone doing business with this scumbag re-think it. There are plenty of quality hosting companies, owned by people who do not abuse animals!
