Yeah in Louisiana there are still sodomy laws which were recently uphead by our supreme court. What a bunch of genuises!
Of course the police really only use it to bust hookers and such, but if a cop or prosecuter wanted to cause trouble he surely could. I think once we had some issue in La for a lady selling sextoys out of a shop, there is a law that only a certain % of business can be adult or something. Luckily in New Orleans you can do and sell pretty much whatever, New Orleans is a very liberal city.
