Internet Extortion

Pan IP has been in the news. They are going after little guys in order to get a war chest to go after amazon, ebay, etc. There is a defense fund somewhere, but i can't find it right now. I think it was the NYTimes where i read about them.

We were served by Tumbleweeds Communication Inc for having Ecards. They wanted 3 cents per card. Evidently transmiting information received via HTTP and sending it in an email with a personal link is there their idea.

Fuckos

like this are a weight on the economy. Any place that spends 3% of GDP on lawyers is going the way of the dinosaur.

my 2 cents.
