WIPO costs $1500 to file.
WIPO case would also depand on how a domain is beeing used right now. Its not an open and shut case by no means, but could work. WIPO cases are all over the place. You can also try buying the name for $1k or less, i know Meni has sold many of his pornstar names for less. BUT if the sale doesnt work out and you go the WIPO route, make sure there is no trance back to you or her, as an attempt to buy WILL kill your case. good luck, and it better not be one of my names
