The U.S. Govt realizing the "prohibition" idea isn't going to function anymore, and the playing along with the game of "medical purpose legalities" gives leeway to legalizing the stuff state by state in America.
Your governmental legislature finally realized it's more profitable to sell the shit that to fight it.
(Stopping the overseas, & over-borders imports of a non taxable commodity isn't a smart function, and "WE" could produce a better more taxable product.) ..."Now it can be taxed."

It's booming so rapidly state to state that required cultivation laws consist of a few paper work fill-ins and some licenses for distribution.
Lots of the west coast county family property owners are becoming cannabis growing backyards with the kids backyard swing-set brushing the tips of the shrubs.
