If underage children are not prosecuted for posting naked/sexual pics of themselves or sending them to their friends via cell phones, it could leave a loophole for CP. I cannot see how 17 yrs and registering as a sex offender is proper. But there should be some punishment... perhaps no jail time with probation and a clear record if there are no other arrrests by the time they turn 18. __________________ Michael
