UGC is the primary frontier that confronts us as an industry with concern to monetisation - it's completely grassroots, with no business interest built in.
Some of the other avenues look like red herrings when confronted with the growth potential in the free UGC market. Not to discount the relevance of piracy in the models as they stand, but I have a kernel in my brain that says interpersonal creation and exchange is where a large part of concern should lie.
